Preparation
When we begin a site build, we ask that you, our clients, be fully prepared with content. The following article will help make you aware of what you are required to contribute in order to get your site up and running in the most efficient, and expedient fashion.
Once you have an idea of what you will need from a website, you will have to prepare the appropriate content to fill it. Keep your message clear, and on-point, to best ensure that we can incorporate your message cleanly into the site in order to best present yourselves to your audience. You know your brand better than anyone, by supplying us with neatly organized content, you will allow us to better translate it to your audience.
There’s no doubt about it, imagery greatly enhances the presentation of any website. We’ve all been to sites that haven’t any pictorial content; while they can be good for informational purposes, they are plain, they make little impression on the viewer… they can even look downright unprofessional. We recommend you make use of photos or clip art throughout your site, even the most conservative use of imagery can be striking. When providing us with images, we ask that you supply us with the highest available quality. Often, images will have to be edited and optimized for web display, starting with low quality, and low resolution images can really inhibit creative directions when organizing the site’s layout.
*We will not use any images that violate copyrights.
