Clearing the Lines with Marble Zip Tours
We’ve been getting rocked lately here on the West Coast with snow.. winter is finally here!
With all the snowfall the guys at MZT have been kept busy shoveling and keeping the lines clean for tours. If you don’t already know.. cleaning the lines in the winter involves running as fast as you can off the platforms and seeing how far you can get before you get stuck on the snow covered lines, which in some cases happens with around 300 feet between you and the ground. Then one of the guides will come out onto the line and pull you the rest of the way.. thus clearing the snow and ice off the cables. Quite the experience.. dangling over the Steady Brook falls!
Earlier this week we decided to join them along with a couple others for a few laughs and to take some photos to be used in their print and online marketing campaigns.
