Branding, Identity and Logo Design
For a business both small and large, new or old one of the most important things and in some ways a make you or break you deal is to stand out from your competition. Easy to say but how do you do this? Having a clear direction of the brand, creating a visual around it and keeping it consistent should be the first place to start. Some companies miss this all together or think they have it figured out by supporting one or two of the 3 elements. Branding, Identity and a logo all play a major role in a companies story, how its perceived and the success of its true potential.
In a nutshell;
Branding – The emotional corporate image of a company as a whole.
Identity – The visual aspects that form part of the overall brand.
Logo – A logo identifies a business in its simplest form via the use of a mark or icon.
Chess, Complete Home Energy Sales and Service is an example of taking these elements into account and creating a consistency with branding. We started with a logo and built a visual for the brand around that and the companies core values. From shirts to trade show displays, brochures and business cards and the new website we are currently working on. Its been designed with reason and speaks the message consistently through a variety of mediums.
